I'm not that into fashion, how can I look good without too much thought or money?

You should probably make it a priority. There are a lot of ugly people out there, and clothes make the monkey. Or the man, if you are male or Bea Arthur. If you are a woman and you are not into fashion, you may be Bea Arthur. Just an FYI.
